The Effect of Learning Organization, Work Engagement, Work Motivation, and Work Stress on Innovative Work Behavior: Work Motivation and Work Stress as Mediation and Moderation

Objective: This study uses a quantitative approach or post-positivism, which is looking at the influence between variables. Therefore, main problems in this are: Does learning organization, work engagement, motivation, and stress affect innovative behavior, how on organization affects motivation engagement mediate relationship Innovative Work Behavior, moderates Behavior Behavior. Methodology: The analytical model used are Structural Equation Modeling SMART PLS (Partial Least Square) as tools for statistical test. Data collection questionnaires interviews, number of respondents was 84 civil servants. Finding: Based results hypothesis testing using Smart PLS, it shows that, H1, H2, H4, H6 acceptable, because t table value greater than calculated value, has an alpha (α) smaller 5%. Whereas H3, H5, H7 cannot be accepted (rejected), 5%.Conclusion: showed that: (1) Learning had positive significant effect but no (2) Behavior), (3) (4) (5) fully mediates (6) relationship/influence (7) does not moderate
